Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.A prominent Austin lawyer told me one night, if you get busted by the State police you are toast. They don't screw up. If it is the Austin Police, there is a chance they will screw something up in the arrest or paper work. If you get busted by the Sheriff's, he could get you off, because they always fuck something up. I would imagine that is true in most states.
