From Integrated Capitalism to Disintegrating Capitalism

More evidence that the world economy is in deep crap and is collapsing. A top EU economist warns that the disintegration of global capitalism could unleash world war 3. For more info see:

The above reference is strictly an economic analysis. A review of those findings incorporating the impact of global warming and oil depletion see:

What if they gave a war and nobody went?

I think capitalism was doomed from the start. I believe the natural progression of capitalism has led us to now. I don't think Integrated Capitalism was "hijacked" by Disintegrating Capitalism. Capitalism was always based on exploitation. The very nature of capitalism is having others work for you to make you more money. The workers must be held down under the wealthy or else being wealthy means less and money is valued less. Depleted resources just exacerbate the nature of capitalism. An abundance of resources would still have capitalism taking advantage of workers, and the 1% would still scheme to hoard more wealth and have more advantages over the middle class and poor. There have always been resource wars too. This has always been the case. Even if there were unlimited resources there would be corporate entities that would try to manipulate the market because of greed. There has never been a "free market". The only difference is that yes, exhaustive depletion of resources will lead to the War of All Wars because every nation will want to hold on to the modern life as long as possible. The transition to what comes next will probably kill billions. If the transition was easy and there is some revolutionary technology out there to ease the transition then there would be no reason for the War of All Wars. Even if there was a revolutionary technology then capitalism would still remain and there would still be greed and manipulation and exploitation. Nothing will ever change.

I don't understand how people can't see these wars for what they are. It seems most people fall for the narratives created by governments about why these wars are fought. The U.S. goes after resource rich nations. The ones in Latin America have happened to be left leaning. That's a bonus to them. Left leaning societies are looked at with scorn to these authoritarian barbarians.

It also speaks to the disinformation campaigns towards other nations. People will still eat up McCarthyism though. Look at Venezuela. People actually believe the U.S. is there and wishing to overthrow Maduro because he's a bad leader. Not because of the geopolitical ramifications or that Venezuela has the biggest oil reserves in the world. The U.S. doesn't care about bad leaders or the people of other countries. They don't even care about U.S. people. They will create a narrative that Maduro isn't letting in any aide for his people, which is a lie. They don't tell people that the sanctions they put on Venezuela for years are hurting Venezuela more than anything. There is so much to the Venezuela story and it can't all be posted in this one post, but the point is that these government narratives keep getting swallowed and it's the same narrative for every war waged. We have lived through enough of these happenings to have the red flags go off, but somehow people are so brainwashed by these narratives and perception management by the mainstream media that they question nothing. It's sickening.

Governments wish the internet doesn't exist or that they could control every view on it too. We have no excuse now to not be informed. You search for truth and you absorb information and you cross reference and think about the situation and see what makes sense and what doesn't. This doesn't seem to be a strong suit of our species. At least not now, and not for the majority, seemingly.

It seems more and more likely to me or ww3 will likely use technology than bombs.. genetically engineered viruses, computer viruses, micro ai robots (why destroy a nation when you can just take out important people)

@TheAstroChuck the fact you guys voted trump in kinda says the opposite.

Of, course what do they expect. They squeeze and squeeze people till they rebel. How rich does the rich have to be, you can only sleep in one bed at a time, only drive one car at a time only eat so much, etc, etc.

Looks interesting but long. I just printed it out for later, thanks for posting.
