Great article. Rolled into one all the stuff I've read over the years PLUS some new things. I've been off wheat, oats, barley and rye since the mid 1990's. I was very addicted to wheat products but the unpleasant side effects keep me off it.

What we put in our bodies has more ramifications to our physical and mental health than we realize. Many want to argue that but I think they just don't want to give up bacon! LOL

Yes, all of the grains. And milk, and sugar.
