this is about the recall of a specific type of defective automobile air bagm the takata, which has apparently caused some deaths.i myself was once knocked unconscious by an air bag that should never have been activated to start with, but i have no clue what brand it was; it was a long, long time ago and it was in france (i'm an american living in the usa). i don't even know how old the takata is. still, that experience encourages me to take this issue rather seriously. on the site i've linked you can look up whether your car has this type of air bag.
