I just passed the “miracle” year in my recovery. I struggled in the search higher power for a very long time. A lot of people just cannot wrap their head around the fact that my higher power is NOT god. I did find my higher power and it has helped me so much, I don’t pray, I meditate. I have figured out how to let go and let my inner self. It really pisses off a lot of people and I couldn’t be more proud!
