LINK Hundreds witness veteran shoot and kill himself in VA waiting room

21 veterans take their own lives everyday...and many are now choosing to take their final act in VA hospitals. Under Trump, the VA system has been gutted and it's now unable to do the most basic things. Trump says he cares about veterans, but he is destroying their lives just like everyone else he touches. If only Americans knew how much Trump hates our troops they would march into the White House and drag him through the streets of DC.

I am not surprised to hear this. If only most Americans knew that for a long time we have had more soldiers dying from suicide than on the battlefield in Iraq or Afghanistan, then maybe all Trump's MAGA crap would not sound so good or credible. Of course the corporate media is pretty quiet, at least most of the time, about this trend. If only they covered it like they did Vietnam, but then again, if they did we would not be over there anymore. That's why after Vietnam the corporate media and the Penatgon fell in line on not showing war the same way ever again.

Glorified welfare, the military. We can do better, but it's never going to happen as long as men run the world. Hillary would of been horrible, not her either. We MUST do better.

Yeah, I was disap0pointed with the Clintons as they were way too coporte friendly, in my opinion. Howver, Hillary would still have been better than Trump

On the other hand, Trump has awakened many on the left and makes the possibility of change for the better more likely over the long run. Not becuse Trtump has been good, but because he has been really bad. The worst. Terrible enough for peopel to start standign up, takign notice and demanding changes.

it's very expensive in many ways to maintain a standing army. especially when it really only benefits the rich (military/industrial/security complex).
there are 100s of thousands of vets collecting indexed pensions which the country can't afford to pay.
there will be payback.
