I love the conclusion:
"You may not be alone, but do you feel empty? You can’t fill this emptiness with food. Feed your heart by being seen and heard, by giving others the gift of your full attention and by appreciating the beauty in the world around you."
I have often been alone but not lonely, I have many friends on most of the continents but I do value my alone time.
I've always thought loneliness comes from within. I think it is healthy if you can say "I am not alone when I am by myself." If you feel alone when by yourself, others can't fix that. Only you can.
Loneliness is a state of mind not a
measure of friends. It's all in the head and very different from "being alone"
