I learned to love sushi while I was stationed in northern Japan in the late 70s and it has taught me how to recognize good from bad.

Sushi is great, but Poke places are spreading here and less expensive. So I can get my sushi fix without paying about 3 times what I pay for a typical dinner. 🙂

How can anyone not like sushi!? Its like the greatest thing ever.

I learned how to make some of the more basic types at home. Made a platter worth for a date once, she really liked it 🙂
