I'm visiting my friend in the hospital right now. It has crossed my mind that I can't tell people about her being agnostic, because they would treat her differently. Now they wouldn't have to treat her at all.

I don't understand how those in such a highly scientific field can reconcile what they do for a living with their religion...it just doesn't make sense at all...if you have religious objections to practice medicine or render medical aid to people, you need to do something else...
