LINK Illinois Senate passes bill legalizing recreational marijuana use | TheHill

Wow! This has an unusual twist. And it's great. Legalizing for those who do the 420 thing AND expunging the records of those with low level drug offenses. There may be some hope for America after all, one city/State at a time.
