Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup

Question

Yesterday I made a big pot of chicken-vegetable soup flavored lightly with ginger.

The day before, I made rich chicken broth. All day, the house smelled wonderful. By evening, all you have is a big pot of chicken stock!

It's better to have homemade soup in the freezer than chicken bones.
