I shop on Amazon. One of my pet peeves is when the description of an item clearly states all primary characteristics (dimensions, shape, color, weight, what it will and will not do, etc.) and folks submit a questions to which the answers are clearly there. Or the potential buyer doesn't bother with reading the questions already submitted and asks for the 27th time what is the weight limit or size...
Was shopping for a rack to put on the back of my hybrid 700 c bike and all the info is right there - but folks had to submit 65 questions....sigh
