LINK Matthew Borges sentenced to life in prison for beheading classmate - CNN

Eligible for parole after 25 years? He could change? He would be like every other prisoner who got a long sentence at an early age. Unable to function in society upon release , which will land him back in prison. They should've beheaded him. To do what he did expressed a total lack of empathy and respect for human life. I'm pretty sure he would've escalated in life had they given him a juvenile sentencing.
