Obama's judicial nominations by not letting them come to the Senate floor for a hearing and approval. Thus we have trumps unqualified judges for lifetime positions. Moscow Mitch's wife is trump's transportation secretary and oversaw allotting 80 million to her husbands state of Kentucky. So much for draining the swamp.
