As he left the White House, Trump said he wanted to strengthen background checks for gun purchases and make sure mentally ill people did not carry guns. So he isn't allowed to carry a gun? Background checks won't do much to stop people who have no background to check. Believe me there will be many more. Half of the country is scared of loud noises now.
