I am not in the loop as far as these phones are concerned.

I used to answer my students' phones intimating to the caller that the student would suffer academic punishment, thus laying guilt on both parties. My daughter's French teacher in Thailand threw them out the third story window. I envied that, but knew something that extreme here would not go over well.
