I don't know but we have two dogs and three cats. We had, I can't remember how many, cats neutered at our expense but the coyotes got all but the three that found their way into the house through the doggie door and are now safe.

Too many. And Philadelphia is most likely going to go into overdrive - they have me an estimated 400k feral / stray cats. Last year they spayed and neutered 67k and that won't keep up. Honestly, I don't know what to do there. I support only no kill centers. A shout out to where my daughter volunteers in Charlotte NC - Saving Southern Kitties.
