Existensialism verses a god and why?

if we exist which we do? then why is it so important of how we came about rather than we are here existing and just love people and be kind and try to co_exsit with humanity? is this so difficult?

fuck knows. I like dogs. if they want to lick there balls they just do and when they go for a walk they just want to go for a walk. my dog doesn't want to bomb North Korea though he probably should.

I am an exisialist in the vein of Jean Paul Sartre, I am not sure that you understand what existentialism is. Please clarify.

Because we search for reason to give us the strength to carry on. Being able to trace our origins gives us a better understanding of why things are the way they are and what can or should be done about it.
It is an old way of thinking that puts humans on 'teams' where one has to be right and one has to be wrong. It gives us a lot of energy when we can define an enemy. Defining your world without losing yourself in it is not as easy.

So far coexistence among humanity has proven to be as allusive as Big Foot.
