I can't wipe my arse, pick my nose or scratch my balls with my feet.

I would want my arms. I could always roll around in a wheel chair but it would be tough to eat with my feet.

Depends on the prosthetics quality these days. I have not done any research yet. Come back after 50 years.

Can't feed myself with my feet, but can operate a wheelchair with my arms.

Losing either would suck, though.
