We just do not know what his problem is. I truly believe he is mentally unfit to serve as anything.
He surely does not have the position of being a husband down pat

Since his doctor examined him and gave him a clean bill of health both mentally and physically, he won't be able to use mental defect as a defense when he goes to trial.
His doctor was threaten with loss of license with a bad report. Theory is that he took a third graders report on the mental test and paid him$130000
