I can't imagine a god being so self centered that he would want people to spend their whole life praising him. I think, hypothetically speaking, he would want them to be the best they could be. To make a contribution to the universe so to speak. To use the best of their abilities. To be kind and loving to others in the universe.

I agree. If God is a loving God he sure does shower his creation with shit and bad outcomes.

In catholic school we were told that after death, if we are "GOOD" we wil spend eternity praising a god. Sounds boring,,,,,,,but so was catholic school.
