Because they are owned by the NRA.
We let .001 % of the population run our Congress. We are idiots.
How on earth does the NRA qualify for being anything other than paid lobbyists of gun manufactures. Unless an organization can prove that it is providing services that contribute to the physical welfare and not some hocus-pocus welfare of people outside said organization then they should pay taxes.
