6 trials. 6. It's ridiculous and there should be a Constitutional Amendment that addresses such. If 3 isn't even to satisfy the egos of law enforcement and prosecutors, they should spend their own money for subsequent abuses of power.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.A 91 year old priest is dead in France killed by a 19 year old boy he raped....4 specific rapes of other children were hushed up for decades....dozens more victims were ignored by the bishop and previous bishops....the victim clubbed the priest with the crucifix and shoved the crucifix deep into the rapist throat dying of suffocation last month.....

That applies to a single acquittal prohibiting a future re-trial.....hung juries and convictions overturned on appeals have no limits over re-trials BUT THIS CASE BEGS for such limits by another name not double jeapordy
