I love it!! 
l love how being an atheist, or the claim he said "a woman can't be president" is the only "dirt" they can find on Bernie (after he campaigned in almost 40 states for Clinton in 2016).
I find this all hilarious and most certainly encourage it... because compared to what they dig up on other politicians in the spotlight, these things just make Bernie look good, and those who try to smear him look ridiculous.

My guess is that Bernie is an atheist, but he would never admit it, nor do I blame him for that. His identification as a democratic socialist is enough of a challenge for him without adding to it the label of atheist.
