Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.This is something I have always hated about the way Congress works, and that is attachments to bills having nothing to do with the bills themselves. It is a ridiculous system both sides use to stop bills from passing. As long as it remains in place we will continue to get no bills or watered down bills.
