The only time I get that is when I hear Donald Trump speaking. As the old adage goes
"Better for people to think you're an idiot than open your mouth and dispel all doubt!"

I like to let them build themselves up, "sure, ya right, I agree,,,,,,," then hit em with the stunner, "But no, none of that is true, and its silly." Let them get their tempo and arrogance built up and then stop the show quick.
They won't know what to say.
