Most Americans are not willing or able to use an app tracking coronavirus infections.

That’s a problem for Big Tech’s plan to slow the pandemic.

I don't understand why anyone has a problem with it, we are all tracked everyday for the shit we buy, why not a positive reason like our health and well being. The biggest problem I see is that most Americans are fucking idiots...seriously, I do believe we may now be the most ignorant ass bunch of people on the planet.

Good reason ?
When asked the right questions, folks typically say the things they most want kept private are legal, financial, medical.

Folks who are not tracked

buy with cash
no smartphone or take battery out when traveling
use VPN/Tor
careful giving out personal info

For those who like privacy, I don't think that makes them idiots or ignorant.
