A Nebraska woman is suing every gay person on Earth and asking a federal judge to rule on whether homosexuality is a sin.
The law suit was (later) summarily dismissed.
I was torn between putting this under the News category or the Silly, Random and Fun category. The News category won because the source was Time Magazine.

I wonder what political leader she supports? Fact is homosexuality has been found in most higher species so she would have a lot of defendants. We really need to have a return of loony bins for people like this. Oh there is such a place. It's called heaven.

Some homosexuality has been found in insects and spi9ders (arachnids).
There just be some evolutionary advantage for it, or else it wouldnto be so prevalent in so many species.
