Shameful. There's something SO seriously wrong with this entire scenario. (This guy used his vehicle to stop the victim from fleeing. 
He filmed this murder, his lawyer thought the video would portray a thief being citizen arrested. That wasn't the case, thankfully.)
Keep in mind, this guy videoed this after being alerted the father and son were going to "arrest or kill" a black man.
