We've been vegetarian for almost 20 years but we've never cared for faux meat -- it's extra trouble just to make something that almost matched. Lol.😋
We're also moving away from processed food. Last week my wife was given a Pop Tart but asked me to finish it for her because she didn't like the artificial taste. Ha, ha.😋

I do love the trend though.

One of the few rules that we follow more strongly than vegetarianism is 'don't throw away food'. Ha, ha. 🙂
It's not a conscious decision on our part. It's more likely just that we both grew up in modest-means households. It's just the way we are. Lol.😋
