I think the fun is in the surprise, a while back I was being prepped for surgery I was in a room with maybe 20 people and the patients were barely dressed and no one care.
Of course I have often wondered how medical professionals for forget all that stuff, when it's time to get romantic, do you feel your special knowledge of anatomy gives you an advantage ? Do you just compartmentalize everything into this is working this is fun?
@m16566 there is no conscious effort to compartmentalize because there is nothing sexual going on in Healthcare.. If a 78 year old man with his ballsack halfway to his knees accidentally flashes me while moving from a stretcher to a bed, there is zero chance I will find that even remotely arousing. If I am in the room while a nurse is placing a cath in a male patient, it is awkward, not sexual. There is no comparison between these things. They are not related at all.
I've had girlfriends in the past who did not wear bras or panties. They generally felt they were sharing something special with me (or whoever else they thought deserved a thrill). But that was back in the 20th Century.
