I well remember Earl Warren, CJSCOTUS. Ike, thinking Warren would be a staunch conservative (he was a Republican, after all) later rued the day he had appointed Warren. The Warren court rendered some great liberal decisions (Brown v Board, Loving, etc). Does anyone agree with me that CJ Roberts may (I hope) follow a path similar to EW?
