This is wonderful and historic news.

When one of the very first human rights for gays cases litigated, the judge in the SF Federal Court System brilliantly crafted his defense of their rights in the language of existing civil rights law and precedent, making it difficult to overturn his decision.

Such a pleasant surprise in 2020 Amerika.

As an aside, does anyone understand Clarence Thomas? I mean, WTF?

To your aside, nope. Had the same thought when I read about this earlier. Maybe he's doing the vote for pay thing, because consistent he is not.
