LINK Supreme Court, in 5-4 ruling, strikes down restrictive Louisiana abortion law

The 5-4 decision, in which Chief Justice John Roberts joined with the court's four more liberal justices, struck down a law passed by the Louisiana Legislature in 2014 that required any doctor offering abortion services to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles. Its enforcement had been blocked by a protracted legal battle.

If we can eliminate these "TRAP" laws, we can reopen clinics around the country and make services available for everyone! Considering that abortion is only 3% of Planned Parenthood's services, these anti-choice mobs are harming millions of women by denying them services of all kinds...NOT just abortion.

@OwlInASack Yeah, The priests and church leaders want ot keep donations coming, and that means more children beign born into their religion(s), as it is easier to raise a child in a religion than to covert then later on. They make it a moral issue for their members to insure their future income.

@OwlInASack Oh..I didn't say they CARE about women. They certainly don't. What amazes me is that the 90+% of Americans who actually support PP and reproductive rights don't seem to get the political pull required to shut down the anti-choice mob.

@OwlInASack Even though one woman in three will seek an abortion in her lifetime!
