We're only a few years away from eliminating keyboards completely. Most phones have voice to text messaging....and that'll be a computer feature soon.

Make a video, upload to YouTube, then copy the link and send to the recipient or post to your profile..

Request alternative messaging system with your intended recipient or record and save to the cloud (Dropbox etc.) then send invitation tolisten.
You could of course just ask for phone # or Skype address!

the only thing that occurs to me is to make a YouTube video and send a link. but I'm certainly no tech Wiz.
