Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It's not unusual for kids on probation in juvenile justice system to be jailed for truancy. No homework thing is a reach. Her family may have been involved in pressing these "charges" The judge had her released. Do you think that's stupid? I don't know enough about the case. He might've felt that failure to do homework wasn't a breach of her probation. Do you equate not doing homework for a virtual class as truancy?
