Policy and common sense. They have a policy regarding how to approach a stolen vehicle. That's fine. What happens after the approach should involve thinking. I know that's a bit much to ask of most people, but law enforcement should be right up there in the thinking department. Somebody should tell them this.

They can't tell the difference between "church people" and thugs. All they see is color. They hate blacks. It's true in the case of Aurora Colorado.
