.41% is frightening! The possibility exists. Can't worry about it. The good news is it's very tiny.
It is not categorized as a potentially hazardous object given the estimated size of 2–4 meters in diameter is smaller than the threshold for potentially hazardous objects which are estimated at more than 140 meters in diameter. An Earth-impact by this asteroid might rattle some windows or drop meteorites on roof tops
It would've been nice for CNN article to tell you that. 240-1 cataclysmic extinction event would be frightening. A few window rattles? Bring it on!
