This Is A True Story:

My girlfriend was raised Catholic in the Philippines. She is a nurse who assists surgeons while they do brain and spine surgery. She still attends mass online. Most of her best friends are also Catholic nurses from the Philippines. She's afraid to let her friends know about my lack of faith in the magic Jew in the sky.

Last night, she was telling me about all of her friends who stopped going to Catholic church and started going to something called the Harvest Church, which I believe is some type on nondenominational church that uses new Christian music, electric guitars, drums, lots of talented singers, etc to keep people entertained.

She told me about one of her co-workers, Nurse S who started going to that church along with her parents. I knew Nurse S has been in a long-term relationship with Dr. S. A very talented brain surgeon. I couldn't picture Dr. S. sitting through that kind of thing, so I asked her "Does Dr. S. go too?" and her response was "No, he's too smart for that"

I was driving when she said it, so all I could reply was "You said it, not me"
