Imagine for a moment there's a plantation. One day one of two miracles happen.
The Sun rises and all the slaves are gone and the masters are left behind.
Or... the masters are gone and only the slaves are left behind.

Under which of these two scenarios would the plantation continue to function?
Masters without slaves or slaves without masters?

Slaves know how to do everything. They know how to plant and harvest crops, milk the cows, tend the horses, cook meals. The slaves know how to do everything they need to do to survive.
Can the masters do any of that?
Do the masters know how to do the work their slaves can do?
What function do the masters perform that make them essential to the plantation. Except they own it.

We are brainwashed in our society that the rich are essential to the survival of our economy and country. Without them we could never get along.

I ask you, just exactly what function is it that the billionaire class perform that is so essential to our economy? What makes them so valuable that we could not get along without them?
Except they own it.

America was born in a slave economy. After a few hundred years we fought a war and got rid of slavery but we never got off the plantation.
The plantation is still the basic model of American business. Owners/ overseers/ slaves. Or, today owners/ management / slaves.
American business doesn't know how to do anything else. The slaves have become so used to being slaves that they are afraid of doing anything else.
It's amazing, in America the ruling class can keep the slaves in line but threatening to take away their slavery.
The American ruling class actually brags about creating slavery. They say, " Appreciate me, I'm a slave creater".

The masters generally didn't start off being masters, and still must supply directions, tools, supplies...so most of them probably know plenty.
However, the people (in this case slaves) are the ones creating ACTUAL value/wealth & should be applauded & compensated very well for their work.

Most of them are useless parasites who inherited their wealth. They need to be heavily taxed if they are allowed to remain billionaires or multi-millionaires..

The billionaire class provide the money that wins elections to lawmaking bodies and positions.

That's how most of them keep their wealth and power.

So far, no one is forced to vote any particular way. It's a great irony that slaves will vote for the very people who seek to keep them slaves.

@nipoleon People who fear responsibility find slavery comforting.
