LINK Trump on 2020 election results: 'This is going to be the scam of all time'
He may try to have the supreme court void the election results. On NPR, they report that republicans want to appoint a judge to the open seat in case the election results are in question, as their latest justification for a quick appointment. They also pointed out that although hearing are traditional, there is no constitutional requirement for hearings in confirming a supreme court nominee. Republicans seem to have qualms about breaking traditions when it come sto the supreme court.
