LINK Texas Bill Prohibiting Male Masturbation Moves Closer To Becoming Law

"Commenting on her bill, Rep. Farrar told mysanantonio.com:

A lot of people find the bill funny. What’s not funny are the obstacles that Texas women face every day, that were placed there by legislatures making it very difficult for them to access healthcare."

Go Jessica!!

For those not able to click the link because they are LEGALLY masturbating,

"House Bill 4260, called the “Man’s Right to Know Act,” would punish male masturbation with a $100 fine, and require men who want Viagra to be subject to a rectal exam.

The bill, filed earlier this year by Texas legislator Rep. Jessica Farrar 🍸, was referred to the House State Affairs Committee on Tuesday.

By focusing on male masturbation, the proposed legislation is an obvious attempt to satirize and draw attention to the unreasonable and dangerous policy proposals concerning women’s reproductive freedom coming from the Republican Party.

I have never believed that men have the right to tell a woman what they can or can't do with their bodies. it dates back to the judeo-christian belief system and the fact they hide behind the bible. that a woman subject to their man. . Have at ladies. its your body. ehance it dehance it whatever.

Love it! Men still won't get how ridiculous they are thinking they should have power over woman's bodies and choices. I sure hope I see a lot of change in my lifetime, this shit is getting very old.

I've been following this for over a year but hadn't heard anything lately until this. I think it's hilarious and I wonder if the bill addresses who will be responsible for monitoring for illegal emissions?

Some creep will volunteer no doubt.

@TerriCity In Texas?! That's the kind of thing that they are trying to eliminate.

Gotta see the sperm police in action . Should make for thrilling viewing

I am glad I don't live in Texas. What else would I do with my free time.

2

And HOW praytell, would that EVER be enforced !?

I wonder if those legislators know that the New Testiment part of their holy book says that the hands of those caught doing it should be chopped off.

They'll never pull this off.

there are a couple ways to take that

@btroje That's the idea. I live in Texas, so I have to joke about it to survive. 🙂

@GizmoAmbivert [takes a bow] 'Tis my specialty.

How many 14 year old boys are there exactly in Texas ???? can you believe what the worst charge would be ??? yanking with malicious intent?? what has happened to our country >>> just so sad.

has to be a joke surely

1

So, what do you think? Are these Texas wankers really going to lock themselves up?

0

Just realized groups on the far right, Proud Boys for example, are advocating for their members to not masturbate so they don't waste so much time on porn. After all spreading misogyny is more important. Maybe that's why it's actually making its way through the ultra-conservative Texas legislature?

Don't know if you watch "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" but his main story Sunday night was about abortion, specifically "Crisis Pregnancy Centers" and how horrid they are to women. If you have access to the show I'd highly recommend watching the episode. It may be on YouTube by now.

If a doctor asks about your sex life will he have to read you your Miranda rights?

0

This would be the time to advise Texas to be careful about the incredible heat in their state. No seriously, this bill is a stumble.

I'd say: "Payback's a bi... " but I try not to use the 'b' word.

Maybe this bil -if voted into law-will teach the stupid legislators that women reproductive rights must be respected. I hope you guys see the sarcasm and the message conveyed by this bill.

1

Hmmm... Awww...come on baby.... you know it's against the law for me to masterbate. Lol.

Yeah, the intent seems to be a little overlooked.

@Lauren Well, reading comprehension has never been "forte" in USA.

@DUCHESSA {{{ Sad to agree }}}

Every sperm is sacred...
