Oh yeah. Putin hates Obama, and to be fair, Obama doesn't think much of him, basically because a lot of Russians are incredible racists. And you will hear them say it themselves. But also because Putin is determined to flex Russia's muscles, and act as they did in the '70s, and Obama was determined that he would not get away with it. Expanding NATO, resisting Russian aggression in the former Soviet states- Putin hates him. And he hated Clinton for being his SecState.
