There are bigger issues to deal with at this time.
There’s nothing broken here, leave it alone. Parents are parents gay or not.

Adopted parents are able to be on amended birth certificates while originals with whatever known bio info are sealed by courts if the adult adoptee should ever request. I don't see how this should be any different. This isnt confusing. It was correctly ruled unconstitutional.

I'm bi and agree with you. The BC is more of a legal proof of existence, which is a form of contract, so needs to be fully accurate but respect originating parent's names.

Stupidity. Donors waive their rights, why shouldn’t both parents be listed?

This is confusing. There is such a thing as a biological father and mother. Just saying.
