Because obviously, Americans can't murder foreigners. Foreigners don't count.
Except, that's not what the UCMJ says. That's not what the Rules of Engagement say. That's not what they taught me in basic training.
Too bad everything Trump knows about combat, service, decency, and honor came from watching Tony Scott and Jerry Bruckheimer movies, where the Americans are always the heroes and there are no moral issues.
