I made this before and am going to make it for my son, since keto and vegan. I also made garlic knots and bagels with it once, when he was over.
Looks good! Never heard of psyllium before.
I hadnt until I made a pizza with Roark. Bought it just for the recipe. The one I had was the same but didnt call for the tsp of sugar and alleged the psyllium was eaten by the yeast. It did smell like bread that I baked years ago.
