LINK Pence learns a lesson: Trump doesn't believe in partial loyalty

Donald Trump made no effort to obscure his plan: in desperation, the outgoing president demanded that Vice President Mike Pence unilaterally reject election results and hand Trump power he did not earn.

Yesterday afternoon, the Indiana Republican issued a written statement explaining that he simply could not do what Trump wanted him to do -- because the law would not allow it. Hours later, after the president's mob was removed from the Capitol and lawmakers certified President-elect Joe Biden's victory, Pence again broke with Trump's line.

Better late than never that Pence come to his senses to some point. Not that it makes much of a difference now.

I'm pretty sure Tramp can't say 'you're fired'. Pence was part of the elected package.

But I'm extremely nervous about what actions Tramp might take before the 20th especially now that his Twitter account is not available to him. As someone else pointed out on Agnostic: Think about that for a moment -- a man whose social media account was suspended has our country's nuclear weapons codes.

Trump has him on his faithful’s hit list at this point. The mob yesterday was calling for his head!
