The government had ONE job, protect people from initiatory violence and fraud. Now, by not evicting people who don't oay rent, they failed. So, why do we pay someone who doesn't do the only job they have?

They have cut funds to those agencies, placed incompetent and obsequious people in leadership roles in those agencies. That is what we get when we let them do that.
