A Texas Federal Judge appointed by Moscow Mitch and trump has release a seditious anarchist traitor, retired US Lt. Colonel who carried flex cuffs into the US Capital and then onto the US Senate floor has been. released without bail then confined to his Texas home.
The FBI warned he was radicalized and had threatened to kill individuals who did not support trump, he was wearing patches supporting Qanon, proud boys, and the oath takers on his bulletproof vest he wore into the US Capital during this seditious anarchist invasion!!!

I think the real problem is the nature of the US Justice system. Any system in which a judiciary is in effect stuffed with political appointees cannot ever be unbiased. Justice is meant to be fair and impartial but right wing leaning judges will always favour the “good old boys” from similar backgrounds and sympathies to their own.
