And, guess who INTENDS to be sitting in the court?
ME, of course.
The Civil suit case is scheduled for 2 weeks from today UNLESS she accepts the offer to settle out of court, which has been 'bargained' down to approx. $10,000 ABOVE what my Lawyers were actually planning to receive PLUS having HER pay ALL costs as well.
IF she agrees, then a nice 5 figured sum will be divided between and donated, in my daughters name, to both Childhood Cancer Research and Canteen, Australia.
IF she does not agree then, as per my Lawyers, it WILL be "Cry Havoc and Let loose the dogs of Retribution."
